Day 01: Arrival: Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, met by our professional safari guide/ driver, who will transfer you to either the East Africa Hotel or any other as your budget says. Dinner and overnight.
Day 2&3: Tarangire National Park : Breakfast and then drive to Tarangire National Park,which lies to the south of the large open grass plains of southern Maasailand and the best-kept secret on the northern safari circuit. See panoramas of wide savannah grasslands dotted with open acacia woodland studded with large Baobab trees, a heard of animals like : -buffalo, cheetah, dikdik, dwarf mongoose, elephants, fringe-eared Oryx (antelope), gazelles, giraffes, hartebeest, hyenas, impala, jackals, leopards, lions, long-necked gerenuk (antelope), ostrich, pythons, Vervet monkey, warthogs, waterbucks, wildebeest and zebra. Transfer to your Hotel in Arusha, dinner and overnight.
Day 4&5: Transfer to Lake Manyara:After breakfast, head to Lake Manyara which is known for bird landing site, the lake and because it does not have an outlet, it is a very good habitat for flamingoes and many other water birds which are attracted by the white soda in the lake. The birds that you are likely to find in this area include; Ash starling, Gray-headed kingfisher, Palmnut vulture, Panganilongclaw, Peter’s twinsport, Raptors, Silvery-cheeked hornbill, spotted morning thrush, Yellow-collared lovebird. The Lake enriched animals like the buffalos, Cape clawless otter, cheetahs, Egyptian mongoose, elephants, giraffes, hippos, impalas, leopards, lions, short-eared galagos (or bush babies), warthogs and wildebeest. Transfer to your Hotel to Arusha for your dinner and overnight.
Day 6&7: Transfer to Serengeti National Park: This day is very interesting because you learn a lot. After your breakfast, you will enjoy two game drive for the whole morning and afternoon, with a lunch break for refreshments and a short relaxation at the lodge or camp site. At Serengeti National Park, you will be in position to view all the big five and other animals like the zebras, gazelle, antelopes, wildebeest, and a few carnivores like the lions, leopards, hyenas and cheaters.Note that animals like wildebeest and zebras do migrate in June and July. Dinner /overnight in your choice Hotel ,Arusha town.
Day 8&9: Olduvai Gorge/ Ngorongoro Crater : Breakfast, head down to Ngorongoro crater, a natural wonder, an extinct Volcano that collapsed around 25 million years ago thus forming a vast super bowl where almost every game can be spotted. At the top of the crater,you will see animals like buffalos, Zebras, wildebeest, gazelle that depend on the open grasslands in the crater,as they graze, the predators are also in the corner waiting to get their share. Carnivores include; the black-manned lion, the leopard and hyena. See a soda lake which attracts countless water birds like flamingoes, a favorite place for carnivores to kill. Perhaps this is the reason why Ngorongoro is called the ‘’Garden of Eden’’. Because you take a long time viewing the beautiful wild, it’s advisable to carry packed lunch enroute. Transfer to Arusha for, dinner and overnight.
Day 10&11: Transfer to KoloIrangi Painting/Dodo: Early morning game drive in the Ngorongoro cratertofind wild game sleeping or getting them on their way to come out of the habitats. Breakfast check out and drive to capital city of Tanzania via KoloIrangi Rock Paintings. You will see some of the finest examples of rock paintings in the world half way between Arusha and Dodoma near the village of Kolo. Later in the evening, you will transfer back to Dodoma for your dinner and overnight.
Day 12&13: Transfer to Ruaha National Park: After breakfast, drive to Ruaha National Park you will be able view animals on the side of the road. Drive to Ruaha Lodge in time for lunch. Go for a game drive in the National Park, the largest National Park in Africa, more natural and unspoilt. You will be rewarded with clear views of different interesting animals like Elephants, leopards, giraffes, lions, just to mention but a few. Transfer to Dodoma to a Hotel of your choice for dinner / overnight.
Day 14: Game drives in Mikumi National Park: Have your morning breakfast, go for a game drive in which you will be rewarded with fantastic views of the animals like lions, antelope, Hippos, Crocodile, waterbuck, Reedbuck and Buffalo venture to the rivers edge to drink, attracting the attention of Lion, Leopard, Hyena, Wild dog and jackal, just to mention but a few. A relaxation of about 30 minutes to have picnic lunch then continue to the most important historical site which attracts a variety of bird life and for those of you who are so much in love with bird watching, it will be a golden chance for you. Otherwise in the evening you will transfer to Dodoma for your dinner and over night.
Day15: Transfer to Udzungwa Mountains National Park :After your transfer to the fantastic Mountains National Park,enjoy the game drive, you will view the wild game through the window. Have lunch for 40 minutes enroute , relax for a while ;embark on the game drive through the Park, see animals like the dikdik, impalas, warthogs buffalos waterbucks, bushbucks, rhinos hyenas, elephants, cheetahs, Zebras, Red colobus monkeys.Transfer your preferred hotel in Dodoma.
Day 16: Selous Game Reserve: After breakfast, leave for a walking safari accompanied by an experienced guide; here you will have the opportunity to ‘touch the wild’. Return to Selous hippo camp for your heavy lunch. After lunch, go for a boat safari in the Rufiji River, where you’ll meet animals like the hippos and crocodiles, lion, leopard, hunting dog, waterbuck, impala, warthog, eland, giraffe, zebra and elephant in their natural habitat. After thrilling activity depart to your dinner and overnight in a Hotel of your choice in Dodoma.
Day 17,18&19: Transfer to Dar es Salaam. Zanzibar Beaches:Have breakfast at leisure,then go for the Zanzibar beaches. Have your beach wear on /carry or you could buy one at the beach. The activities at the beaches are optional ,you are free to either, play beach volley ball, snorkeling, diving and many others. Dinner /overnight, to Hotel in Dodoma.
Day 20: Departure: Waking up at leisure/ breakfast at leisure, pack your luggage and depart to Julius Nyerere International Airport to wait for your departure flight back home.
